As an Inside Sales Consultant (m/f/d), your primary focus will be on supporting our Sales Team, with a particular emphasis on the Italian market. Your efforts will contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating the transition of semi-trailers to rail transport.

- Preparing and delivering proposals to our clients
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
- Advising customers on intermodal transport guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Communicating relevant commercial information to Customer Care & Sales Managers for new customers and cross-selling opportunities
- Generating new sales leads and collaborating closely with your sales manager to pursue them effectively
