Your mission that drives sustainability in logistics

We are seeking a dedicated Terminal Support Specialist (m/f/d) to oversee and facilitate the efficient operation of our terminal facilities at our location in Domodossola. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks essential to maintaining quality, efficiency, and compliance within our terminal operations.

What you’ll do:

Operate Reach Stacker and Tug Master vehicles
Load/unload containers and trailers from trains, trucks and storage areas
Move trailers between parking lots and the train (yard driving)
Check equipment before use; report any faults immediately
Stop operations if there is a safety risk
Coordinate with yard staff using communication systems
Follow safety rules and use PPE at all times

Your Background & Skills

Driving licence B
Experience with heavy terminal equipment is a plus
Certifications (if available): forklift/telehandler, truck licence
Basic confidence using digital tools (TOS on mobile / laptop)
You stay calm, work accurately, and communicate clearly—also when it gets busy
